For the Professional Plan, the size of the investment group that actively uses the API and datasets should be no more than 1, and the unit, team, 'pod,' or fund making use of the data is not allowed to have an AUM above $1 billion. For the Corporate Plan, the size of the investment group that actively uses the API and datasets should be no more than 5, and the unit, team, 'pod,' or fund making use of the data is not allowed to have an AUM above $5 billion.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any plans on our website. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription on time. You agree not to use chargebacks against our company in case of a dispute without first contacting our support team.
API Limit and Access
Your access to the API will be revoked immediately should you choose to cancel your subscription. You agree to use the API in a manner consistent with its intended purpose and in accordance with any documentation or guidelines provided by SOV.AI. You shall not engage in excessive querying, flooding, denial of service attacks, or automated scraping without written authorization.
